Farmingdale State College : Roosevelt Hall
Farmingdale, New York
Roosevelt Hall has served as Farmingdale State College’s Student Activity Center since its construction over 50 years ago. Built in the 1960s but never renovated, this 72,600 gross square foot building is in need of extensive rehabilitation. With the building's use and key location in mind, Plans A's state-of-the-art transformation provides visitors with an iconic first impression. One of our goals is to reduce operating expenses while increasing the sustainability of the systems. The spaces will be multi-functional, with the potential to produce revenue. The future design will also cohere more closely to the rest of the campus and will contribute significantly to the master plan.
